1, What is the final battle?
In the pilot episode, Rumplestiltskin tells Snow and Charming that in 28 years their daughter will find them and the final battle will begin. Did it start as soon as she found them, or has it yet to begin? We have seen a lot of villains to fight, but there are always more coming. What exactly does the "final battle" mean?
2. Where did Snow White get dark fairy dust?
While in the woods hiding from the queen, Snow keeps a necklace full of dark fairy dust around her neck in case of an emergency. She calls it a deadly weapon - dangerous and extremely hard to come by. But where did she get it in the first place?
3. What happened to Prince Thomas?
After Rumplestiltskin was captured, Thomas ran to the well to get Cinderella some water. But when she rushed after him, all that was left was his cloak. He had to pay the price for magic, and he's alive and kicking in Storybrooke, so where did he go? Did he fall down the well? Was he imprisoned by Rumplestiltskin?
4. Why did Rumplestiltskin want a pair of puppets?
Rumple never makes a deal without it benefiting himself. So why did he make a deal with Jiminy for his freedom in exchange for his puppet parents? What good would they do him? They seem to be important, constantly being shown in both his shop and his castle. It could be simply an explanation of why Gepetto wanted his puppet Pinocchio to come to life, but Rumple never makes deals that aren't advantageous to himself. So why did he want them?

When Charming was about to be forced into an arranged marriage, his mother gave him a ring that true love follows, something that had worked for her and apparently worked for Charming also. When Snow put it on the two seem to begin feeling something for each other. Was it enchanted by someone?

King George's wife was cursed so that she could have no children. But who cursed her and why? It would make sense that it was Rumplestiltskin since he needed George to adopt James, but the king didn't even mention it. So what's the story?
